How do I delete my account?

In the app, open Profile → Data & Account → Delete account. If you can’t use the app, request deletion by email as described on the account deletion page; we complete it within 14 days. Cancel any active subscription in the store first.

How do I restore my membership?

On a device signed in to the App Store or Google Play account you bought with, tap Profile → Restore purchases. If that doesn’t work, email us with your order number.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the app store. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge.

• iPhone and iPad: App Store subscriptions, or Settings → your name → Subscriptions
• Android: Google Play subscriptions, or Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions

Refunds follow Apple’s and Google’s refund processes. For withdrawal rights and cancelling purchases by minors, see Articles 17 and 18 of the Terms of Service.

How do I report or block a player?

In an online room, tap the other player and choose Report player or Block player. Once blocked, that player’s reactions are hidden from you. We review reports and act under the Terms of Service.

How do I change notifications or privacy choices?

• Notifications (service, event, marketing): Settings → Notifications
• Ad consent (personalised ads): Settings → Privacy choices
• Website update emails: the unsubscribe link in any email, or the unsubscribe page

How do I report a bug?

In the app, open Settings → Help & contact → Report a problem. You can attach a screenshot if you like; your device model and app version are sent with the report.
