Delete your account and data
How to delete your account and data from Yunnori (윷놀이), the mobile Yut Nori game. This applies whether you played anonymously or linked a Google, Apple, Game Center or Google Play Games account.
1. Cancel your subscription first
Deleting your account does not cancel a membership subscription in the App Store or Google Play. If you have an active subscription, cancel it before deleting your account, or you may keep being charged.

2. Delete in the app (fastest)
- In the Yunnori app, open Profile → Data & Account → Delete account.
- Read the notice and confirm. You may be asked to sign in again to confirm it is you.
- Deletion starts right away and is completed within 14 days.
Before deleting, you can get a copy of your data with Profile → Data & Account → Request my data.
3. Request deletion by email
If you have already removed the app or can’t delete in the app, email contact@greekerlabs.com with the subject "Account deletion". So we can find your account, include:
- your username
- your sign-in method: anonymous, Google, Apple, Game Center or Google Play Games (and the linked account’s email address, if you know it)
- your device type (iPhone/iPad or Android) and roughly when you last played
We may ask for more details to confirm it is your account. We complete the deletion within 14 days of receiving your request and confirm by reply. An anonymous account can be hard to find without its username.
4. What gets deleted
- Your sign-in account (Firebase Authentication) and linked sign-ins. If you used Sign in with Apple, we also revoke its tokens.
- Your profile and username
- Game progress, history and streaks
- Your geon balance, owned cosmetics, mailbox and gifts
- Membership perk records (the subscription itself must be cancelled in the store)
- Push tokens, notification and ad consent settings, and Terms and Privacy acceptance records
- Feedback and bug reports, including attached screenshots
- Games you played with others are kept only in a form that no longer identifies you.
5. What we keep after deletion

Everything else is deleted.
6. Before you delete
- Deletion cannot be undone. Starting again with the same sign-in does not bring back earlier progress, geon or items.
- Geon has no cash value and is lost when the account is deleted.
- Website update emails are separate from your account; unsubscribe on the unsubscribe page or with the link in any email.
